Nestled between the Cambrian Mountains and the Brecon Beacons and just a few minutes' ride from the stables is the Crychan and Halfway Forest. Here there are many miles of marked riding routes which have been designed by the members of Endurance G.B and which offer riding of differing gradients over both long and short distances.

You'll find yourself riding past cascading waterfalls, through narrow gorges, along tranquil grassy tracks and over mountain ranges. Picnic tables with hitching rails are scattered throughout the forest at various viewpoints. Perfect for letting your horse take a breather while you enjoy a freshly packed lunch provided by Dan y Parc for £5 per person.
